I did not like this pendant and have reached out to your customer service about a refund. It’s been a week and I’ve still have not heard from you all.. WTH??? I’m not happy about this. I’ve ordered from you before, and the service was better than this.

Wish the katana pendant was alittle more robust (heavier, longer) and gave the option of a longer chain

Like the Katana, but didn’t expect it to be so thin, short & flimsy. Wish it was a little more “robust” (longer, thicker) and that a different size chain could be chosen (as you can for all their other pendants!!), I had to actually place a 2nd order for a longer chain, making me pay extra $$$$. Otherwise love the concept, just needs sone tweeking.
