Refund policy

GOST stand's behind the quality of every product that we sell. If you are unsatisfied with the item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We only ask that you cover the postage costs of returning the item to our warehouse which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Shipping and postage is non-refundable. 


Here’s how to return your order:

For customers located within the United States please follow these instructions (international customers please email us):

Step 1. Please email us at support@shopgost.com to get the process started.

Step 2. Please use a bubble polymailer and the original box to return the items with your new return label. If the original box is not included we will deduct an additional ($5.00) packing fee.

Step 3. Drop off the package to your local USPS post office.

Step 4. We will issue you a full refund (minus return shipping costs) within 5-7 days of receiving and inspecting the product.



Returns & Exchanges Conditions:


Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. It MUST be in brand new condition. Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Products must be returned in the original packaging that was received in. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no returns will be accepted.
